Storyline:
Software billionaire genius named Harold Finch creates a machine for the government that is designed to detect terrorist before they can occur, see the world by monitoring each cell phone, e-mail and surveillance camera. Finch has discovered that the machine sees all potential terrorist offenses and violent crimes involving ordinary people.
